These terms govern the use of the website vexqanta.com and the services operated by Vexqanta s. r. o., Company ID: 56 234 891, with registered office at Mlynské nivy 12, 821 09 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section: Sro, Insert No. 178923/B.
1. Subject of the terms
The website vexqanta.com provides information about the real estate crowdfunding platform, makes project information available and allows expressions of interest in investing through the newsletter form. The investment itself takes place under a separate investor agreement.
2. Regulation and licence
Vexqanta s. r. o. is authorised to provide crowdfunding services on the basis of an authorisation from the National Bank of Slovakia under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, granted on 18 September 2026. The National Bank of Slovakia is the competent supervisory authority.
3. Investment risk
Investing in crowdfunding projects involves risk — including the risk of partial or total loss of invested funds, project delays, real estate market risk and liquidity risk. Past returns are not a guarantee of future returns.
4. Intellectual property rights
All content on vexqanta.com — texts, photographs, graphics, the Vexqanta trademark — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any copying, distribution or commercial use without consent is prohibited.
5. Liability for content
We strive for the accuracy of all published information but cannot guarantee its completeness or timeliness. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the investor. We recommend consulting an investment with an independent financial advisor.
6. Dispute resolution
Relations are governed by Slovak law. Disputes are primarily resolved out of court. In case of dispute the Bratislava III City Court has substantive jurisdiction. Consumer disputes can also be resolved through the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
7. Final provisions
Vexqanta s. r. o. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is available at vexqanta.com/en/terms. These terms become effective on 15 January 2026.
