Privacy Policy
Vexqanta s. r. o., with registered office at Mlynské nivy 12, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 234 891, is the controller of personal data collected through the website vexqanta.com. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Data we process
We process your name, surname, e-mail address and phone number that you provide when subscribing to the newsletter or expressing interest in an investment project. We also process technical data about your visit — IP address, browser type, session length and navigation across the site.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send information about new residential projects, to respond to your enquiries, to evaluate the quality of our services and to comply with statutory obligations under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers.
3. Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — in particular cyber security and fraud prevention.
4. Retention period
We retain the data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, but no longer than 5 years from the last interaction, unless special legislation provides otherwise (e.g. Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on protection against money laundering).
5. Recipients of data
We share data only with processors with whom we have a written agreement — providers of cloud hosting (within the European Union), e-mail services and analytics tools. We do not transfer data outside the EEA.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time at info@vexqanta.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
